{"id":592,"date":"2022-04-24T18:25:04","date_gmt":"2022-04-24T16:25:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/konstfack2022.se\/?p=592"},"modified":"2022-04-24T18:27:43","modified_gmt":"2022-04-24T16:27:43","slug":"alexandra-johansson","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/konstfack2022.se\/en\/master-en\/macg\/alexandra-johansson\/","title":{"rendered":"Alexandra Johansson"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I spent a full working day measuring the minerals and oxides for glaze tests: 31 g of feldspar, 11 g of chalk, 32 g of kaolin, 7 g of dolomite, 13 g of quartz, 10 g of zirconium silicate.\u00a0 A total of 32 tests were made, meaning that 32 different grams of oxides or stains were added to the mix of minerals written above. Each batch was labelled with a specific code to separate them. The following day was spent filtering\u00a0each test through\u00a0a fine\u00a0100-mesh screen and dipping 64 clay tests. Out of these 64 tests I liked 4.<\/p>\n<p>As a crafter, I am used to doing things more than once to find what I am searching for and for my degree project, it has been no different.
