I think I need a new heart
In my degree project, I have written (but mostly drawn) a graphic novel about dating, falling in love and having your heart broken. In the story, we follow a heroine who is naive when it comes to relationships from years of consuming rom-coms and fairy tales, where red flags are obscured by a veil of expectations and blinding light of hope. The story takes place in a grey world with colourful imagination as we follow the heroine’s journey of emotions and healing.
